re we got help on couple of things which is highly admirable. Things which can Improve: 1) The Guide(s) service needs improvement. 2) One of the Cab driver - in Hanoi/Halong trip (his name is Tung) has 2 bad habits (A) Smoking a lot. At times the inside of the car would smell (B) Always on phone while driving. he was either talking to someone or worse, texting with someone while driving on highway, city road. This was really uncomfortable. I have shared a video with Joanna where you can see him using phone while driving. this is just one such instance. Though, he was polite and on time but Asia Travels must take note of his 2 bad habits.

We stayed at beautiful resorts and hotels—clean, comfy rooms, great facilities, and those breakfasts were delicious! Fresh fruits, pastries, and strong coffee. The itinerary was spot on: good mix of beach relaxation, light sightseeing, and free time, so I never felt rushed or exhausted. Everything flowed nicely. From the first query to the trip end, the Svietnam team (and TravelTriangle support) was super helpful—quick replies on call or WhatsApp for any questions. That kind of support makes a huge difference in a foreign place. I met other travelers who booked hotels and transfers themselves and said it was a total hassle—hard to get good deals, lots of coordination stress. They were impressed our Phu Quoc package was cheaper and way easier than DIY. Self-booking would've cost more and been tiring.
